Getting To Know Jamie Jo Noble

Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I have a VERY big family and they bring me great joy! They are undoubtedly my greatest treasures!

What do you love most about the real estate industry?

The Real Estate industry is always changing, and evolving, which is driven by the fluctuations in the market. It is exciting, and very rewarding to help clients fulfill their dreams, and to be a part of one of the biggest decisions of their life!

What inspired you or led you to become a licensed real estate agent?

Having raised 5 beautiful children I was a very busy lady for many years. When they all left the nest one by one, I started to realize now it was my time to do whatever I want! I personally LOVE my own home, and so I decided to marry my 2 passions of creating beautiful spaces, and helping people. I combined my energy & my desire to help others & literally jumped in with both feet running, and I haven’t looked back! Real Estate is a very rewarding career, and I count my blessings everyday!!

What inspired you or led you to join our C Dan Joyner Family?

When I was trying to decide which firm to join as I began my Real Estate career, I searched very carefully. It came down to picking the BEST! My family is very important to me, and I love the fact that C Dan Joyner is a family owned firm, and their values match my own family values. I love the way they market properties, and the training is bar none fantastic! They constantly keep updated, putting agents first to bring us the latest in services and technology to support our success. One of the best decisions I’ve made in my career was joining the greatest firm in the upstate!

What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?

Living in Landrum, SC I have to give a huge shoutout to The Hare and the Hound! And because I am also licensed in NC I have to say Side Street Pizza in Tryon, NC is definitely my 2nd favorite. People come from all over the upstate to visit these two popular spots!

How long have you lived or worked in the upstate of South Carolina?

I have lived in several other states, and when my husband and I visited the upstate years ago we simply fell in love. We have called SC home now for 7 years!

What is the neatest event you have been to here in the upstate?

I LOVE LOVE the farmers market in downtown Greenville!

Give me three attributes that best describe YOU?

Energetic, Patient and Kind

What is your favorite movie of all time?

Visiting New Zealand!

What would you consider to be your specialty?

My powerful negotiating skills!

What is one thing about the Upstate that you believe sets it apart over everywhere else?

You can live rurally, but be minutes from the city. We have beautiful mountains, and we are 3+ hours to the beach. The upstate offers a great quality of life!

Outside of a personal family member, is there anyone that you look up to more than anyone else and is considered by you to be an inspiration?

Probably one of the most inspiring people I know is one of my former church leader’s named Ben Porter. He had a way of motivating people to do, and be better. He could make you laugh one minute, and then make you cry. He was just a great leader! It is not easy being a leader, but I have learned to recognize good leadership when I see it, and at whatever level, I greatly appreciate and admire it.

Where would you like to be in your life in the next ten years?

On my screened porch watching the peaches grow, surrounded by my family who all live less than 30 minutes away. My dream!

I taught Seminary to high school students for 6 years. I currently teach a large adult Sunday School class twice a monthI. I LOVE to teach!

The top of Skyuka Mountain in Columbus, NC. Something about being on top of a mountain is just so inspiring.

A politician. I would try my best to make lives better.

What is your favorite time of the year?

The Fall!

What do you wish for your clients every time you begin to work with them?

That we reach the finish line with the best possible outcome!

How do you work on being better everyday (Personal and business)?

I allow myself time every morning for self care. I exercise, study, and reflect. This practice enhances all areas of my life.

Name one thing that sets you apart from other agents in the Upstate.

I have a little background in commercial development, and own a short term rental in NC. Being licensed in both NC & SC does give me some advantage in helping clients, and other agents as well.
