What do you love most about the real estate industry?

The obvious answer is helping other people achieve their goals in real estate, but the other part is that I love how it’s never the same, from transactions to markets. Always keeps moving and challenges me to stay laser focused.

What inspired you or led you to become a licensed real estate agent?

Honestly, I wanted a better life for myself and my family. I knew I had the work ethic and the drive to be successful, so I put my head down and just got busy.

What inspired you or led you to join our C Dan Joyner Family?

Pattie Lou Cothran was a family friend and I called her and asked her if she liked being at CDJ. She called Teresa Cox and Teresa reached out to me for an interview. The time that she spent discussing my next steps and the sense of her wanting me to be a part of this firm had me sold.

What would you consider to be your specialty?

Personally, I like making people laugh. There’s no better ice breaker. Professionally, I would say it’s my drive. I never quit on a deal. I just keep working until I find a way to get it figured out.

What is one thing about the Upstate that you believe sets it apart over everywhere else?

It’s hard to pick one, so I will say two. 1. Location is fabulous with all four seasons, close proximity to the mountains, beaches and major cities like Atlanta & Charlotte. 2. The People that live here are the best. Friendly, helpful and tolerant of diversity. Greenvillians appreciate its history, the arts and all the entertaining venues throughout the year. They are hard working, God Fearing and ready to take on the challenges of a growing population and the cities future. Yeah that Greenville!

Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior

Where would you like to be in your life in the next ten years?

What is your favorite social media platform?

I hate them all, but if I have to choose one, I’d say Facebook.

Finally, what makes a home a home to you?

A HOUSE is what we help our clients buy and sell. A HOME is a place that when you come back to visit your client, you get to visualize a new paint color or carpet installed, smell the fragrant scent of lemons, candles or fresh baked cookies and feel the warm transition that it has become a home to your client. A place where your clients are proud to show it off to you and all the work that they’ve done so far. That’s when you know it’s a HOME and a job well done!
