I love spending time with my son and playing along with his imagination and curiosity.
What do you love most about the real estate industry?
Creating long term relationships and even friendships while serving and helping families with their real estate needs and dreams.
What inspired you or led you to become a licensed real estate agent?
Real Estate is one of the biggest wealth and well being pillars, wanted to understand it for myself and it became a passion to also help others.
What inspired you or led you to join our C Dan Joyner Family?
After relocating and transferring my real estate license to South Carolina, did few interviews, and had a great call with Matthew L. Thrift (N. Pleasantburg Broker-in-Charge) and meeting him in person only confirmed that C Dan Joyner was the brokerage that I needed to boost my real estate career.
What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
SELECT Restaurant (Downtown Greer), Halls Chophouse and Juniper (Downtown Greenville), Crafty Cats Coffee Shop (West Wend), Swamp Rabbit Cafe and White Duck Taco Shop (North West, Greenville).
How long have you lived or worked in the upstate of South Carolina?
Almost two years.
What is the neatest event you have been to here in the upstate?
Fall for Greenville.

Diligent, organized and ethical.
What is your favorite movie of all time?
The Godfather.
Do you have any advice that you consistently give to your clients?
After presenting resources and materials, I ask them to take their time while going over information pertaining any real estate transition to make sure they’re making the best decision attending their needs.
What is something that you dream of doing one day?
Owning a ranch.
What would you consider to be your specialty?
Residential sales.
What is one thing about the Upstate that you believe sets it apart over everywhere else?
Moderate well defined seasons, plenty to do outdoors, friendly people and Downtown Greenville’s charm.
Outside of a personal family member, is there anyone that you look up to more than anyone else and is considered by you to be an inspiration?
Elon Musk.
Where would you like to be in your life in the next ten years?
With a successful career, living in the upstate, owning a lake house or ranch.
What is one thing that most people do not know about you?
Even though I’m serious most of the time, I can be the a class clown.
Are there any places that you have visited that you would recommend for others to visit and enjoy?
All national parks, starting with Great Smoky Mountains, Tennessee and Yosemite, California. Tulum, Mexico. Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. Munich, Germany and Rome, Italy.

What is your favorite time of the year?
Between Summer and Fall.
What do you wish for your clients every time you begin to work with them?
That we may find what they’re have been looking for and have a successful and smooth transaction.
How do you work on being better everyday (Personal and business)?
I get up early, exercise and read daily self-improvement or business related topics.
