How long have you lived or worked in the upstate of South Carolina?
Since 1980
What is the neatest event you have been to here in the upstate?
The birth of our daughter on Christmas Day 1986!

What is something that you dream of doing one day?
Retiring and traveling!

Caring about how things are affecting my clients and being honest and straight Taking on transactions that aren’t smooth and easy.
What is one thing about the Upstate that you believe sets it apart over everywhere else?
Proximity to the mountains, the beaches and major cities.
Outside of a personal family member, is there anyone that you look up to more than anyone else and is considered by you to be an inspiration?
Mr. C Dan continues to be an inspiration to be just because of the way he was.
Where would you like to be in your life in the next ten years?
Healthy, retired and traveling.
What is one thing that most people do not know about you?
That my dad was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1920 but changed his name from Kowalski to Wallace after serving in U.S. Army during WW II, hence, I would be Mike Kowalski.

St. Thomas
If you could be famous would you be an actor, a musician, a politician, a sports star or anything else you would wish to be?
Sports star.
What is your favorite time of the year?
Fall (football season).
What do you wish for your clients every time you begin to work with them?
Buying or selling a house is a positive and fun experience for them.
How do you work on being better everyday (Personal and business)?
Staying positive.
