Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have two sons. My oldest, Christopher, finished 9 yrs in USCG as an Aviation Electronics Engineer in 2021. He lives up in Cape Cod, MA with his wife Holly. My youngest son, Matthew, started his freshman year at USC in 2020. Returning home in 2021, he made the choice to attend Greenville Technical College w/ studies to become an Aviation Technician.
What do you love most about the real estate industry?
I love and am highly motivated by the many facets of contract negotiating. I thoroughly enjoy working hard for someone and helping to get them the reward of their new home!
What inspired you or led you to become a licensed real estate agent?
I always enjoyed my own personal times of buying/selling/building/renting homes for 25+ years. Having that practical experience coupled with the passion I had as a personal trainer for many years and helping my clients realize their goals/dreams, seemed a natural transition for me and so I steered in the direction to becoming a real estate agent.

Helping newly single or divorced, young or middle aged women restarting life to get the home of their dreams!
This is where I’d like to specialize as I relate and understand the steps to getting there.
What is one thing about the Upstate that you believe sets it apart over everywhere else?
Greenville is a beautiful, affordable, charming little city within short travel distances to mountains and beaches. The residents are welcoming and friendly. I’ve traveled all over and there is no place I’ve ever found that I love coming home to than Greenville!
Outside of a personal family member, is there anyone that you look up to more than anyone else and is considered by you to be an inspiration?

Where would you like to be in your life in the next ten years?
Living in my dream home. Debt free. And having the ability to leave a substantial legacy for my children and grandchildren.
What is one thing that most people do not know about you?
It took 54 years for me to discover I like the color PINK!
Are there any places that you have visited that you would recommend for others to visit and enjoy?
Barbados is beautiful! Highly recommend their rum punch and a relaxed beach day!
Loved Amsterdam! Would recommend biking the countryside there….breathtaking!

What is your favorite time of the year?
Autumn colors & weather and the excitement of the coming holidays!
What do you wish for your clients every time you begin to work with them?
That they don’t slight themselves in getting what they truly want and to not just settle because they are fearful there won’t be other options or opportunities.
How do you work on being better everyday (Personal and business)?
By beginning my days with quiet prayer followed by a motivational video to inspire me to be my best and bring my best.
Name one thing that sets you apart from other agents in the Upstate.
I don’t compare myself to other agents in the Upstate. I am just organically myself and hope that who I am is delivered in the communications I have with my clients and that is someone they choose to want to work with.
