Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My husband and I are both Realtors and we are actually competitors within the same Company. We are not a husband and wife team (at work) like most couples. We don’t have any children but we do have a newly married nephew who we claim as our own and we love spending time with him and his wife. We actually don’t have any pets because we’re never at home but we love to meet our clients pets and bring them treats!
What do you love most about the real estate industry?
This industry has allowed me to have a business where I meet the most interesting people. I learn of their lives and different cultures. I have made friends that I know our friendship will last a lifetime.
What inspired you or led you to become a licensed real estate agent?
Many years ago my husband and I purchased a small house to remodel and resale. My husband became a Builder and I became a REALTOR®. I knew this was the business for me!
What inspired you or led you to join our C Dan Joyner Family?
A friend of mine said I must speak with C. Dan Joyner before I joined another company. My first meeting with the Broker was all I needed. I felt at home and I knew there was no other place for me. The culture of the company truly comes from the top. I’m proud to say I’ve never worked for another company in my 16 years; only the best here at C. Dan Joyner REALTORS®.
What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Capri’s, Portofino’s, Paisanos ( Anything Italian) and Rosie’s Hot Dogs
How long have you lived or worked in the upstate of South Carolina?
I am proud to say I’m a life long resident of the Upstate. Born and raised in Greer, but I have lived in Greenville, Simpsonville and now back to the east side in Greer.

Don’t settle, we Will find the house that is perfect for you and your family.
What would you consider to be your specialty?
Assisting with Remodeling or Decorating to add the finish touch to your home.
What is one thing about the Upstate that you believe sets it apart over everywhere else?
Greenville is truly Green…so pretty and a great location for a day trip to the Mountains or weekend trip to the Coast.
Outside of a personal family member, is there anyone that you look up to more than anyone else and is considered by you to be an inspiration?
This person is in my immediate family. I strive everyday to be the person that he is. Kind, Compassionate, only sees the good in all People. My Husband is an amazing person who inspires me to be the best I can be and to Dream Big!
Where would you like to be in your life in the next ten years?
Honestly, I hope I’m Happy and Healthy just enjoying the Best Life I can.
What is one thing that most people do not know about you?
I purchased my first House when I was 17 years old.
Are there any places that you have visited that you would recommend for others to visit and enjoy?
Amazing places in Europe, but there are so many wonderful places within our state. I love all the coastal towns that are rich in History.
If you could be famous would you be an actor, a musician, a politician, a sports star or anything else you would wish to be?

What is your favorite time of the year?
Fall… I love the weather, the color of the leaves, and pumpkin anything.
What do you wish for your clients every time you begin to work with them?
A smooth and easy transition…whether it’s moving across the country or moving down the street. I want the process of locating and purchasing a home to be the best it can be!
How do you work on being better everyday (Personal and business)?
I read a daily devotion to guide me through the day to best assist my clients.
Name one thing that sets you apart from other agents in the Upstate.
I hope I have many assets that my clients find valuable and that may set me apart from others. Knowledge of the area is key plus, I offer a lifetime of resources when it comes to your home.

I always say “Home is where you are” it’s not the house.
